Sam attained his Juris Doctor Degree from Florida International University College of Law, with high Honors, and holds a distinguished Bachelor’s Degree from Wilkes University School of Mathematics and Computer Science.
Sam has served as Chief Technology Officer for a variety of large corporations and has dedicated himself to using that experience in giving back to the community through his involvement with local and small business development.
